Last date for submission of Expression of Interest extended to 10-1-2019.

Second Meeting of Committee of Creditors has been convened on 31-10-2018. 
The Committee of Creditors has been reconstituted with financial creditors whose claims are admitted up to 18-10-2018.
The Authorised Representatives have sent the notice of the meeting to the financial creditors in their class of creditors. 
The COC Members who have not received the notice or have any queires may contact their Authorised Representative on follwing email id -

As decided in the First COC Meeting dated 25-8-2018 -  we shall be provisionally admitting claims in respect of LEASING FACILITY 
- for the investors where the MOU has specific clause for "Leasing Facility". 

You may accordingly submit the revised claim form - if you have clause for LEASING FACILITY in your MOU.

2. Real Estate (Residential) - Maya Gupta - IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00363/2017-2018/11061
